BranchBound was created to turn that question into an experience. The goal is to combine interactive storytelling with modern AI so players can explore stories that adapt to their decisions.
Browse our catalog to find a story that interests you — filter by genre, tone, or theme. Pick a character you want to play as, customize your session settings, and start the adventure.
Each scene is generated by AI based on the choices you make. You select from predefined options — you don't type open-ended prompts — and the system builds the next part of the narrative around your decision. Sessions can range from short stories of 10 scenes to sprawling sagas of 200 or more.
You can make a play session public so others can discover it, or keep it private. Bookmark sessions you want to come back to and review AI-generated summaries to catch up on where you left off.
BranchBound offers a free tier so anyone can start exploring interactive stories right away. Free accounts include access to stories, standard AI models, and a set number of concurrent sessions.
Paid subscription tiers unlock longer story lengths, higher session limits, premium AI models, and bonus virtual currencies (coins and crystals) that are used during gameplay.

The goal for BranchBound is to build a platform where players can explore rich, interactive worlds — and where stories evolve based on the choices they make.
In the long term, we want to open the platform so players can also become creators and build their own choice-based stories for others to experience.
