How Subscriptions Work
Plan changes are handled automatically with prorations and credits where applicable.
- Upgrade to a Higher Tier
Takes immediate effect, and you pay only the prorated difference.
- Downgrade to a Lower Tier
Takes effect at the end of your current period. You keep your current benefits until then. No refunds are provided for downgrades.
- Switching to a Longer Plan (Monthly to Yearly)
Takes immediate effect, and you pay the prorated difference.
- Switching to a Shorter Plan (Yearly to Monthly)
The new plan takes effect at the end of your current period.
- Refunds, Proration, and Credits
No refunds are provided, but charges are prorated, and you may receive credits that are applied to future payments.
- Account Deletion
When deleting your account, your subscription will not be refunded and is automatically canceled at the end of the current period.
Special Case: Upgrading to a Higher Tier While Switching to a Shorter Plan
You will be switched to the shorter plan immediately but monthly upfront rewards are not granted again since yearly rewards were already received. Credits from proration are applied toward upcoming monthly payments. Upfront rewards will begin again after the credits from the plan switch have been fully used.
