Description
When a desperate occult ritual performed in Ashgrove's old cemetery—meant to summon blessings, prosperity, or perhaps bring back a loved one—goes catastrophically wrong, it tears the veil between life and death instead. The dead rise across Ashgrove with vengeance burning in their empty eyes and purpose driving their rotting limbs. Unlikely allies—perhaps former enemies, strangers with conflicting motives, or people forced together by circumstance—find themselves trapped in a town descending into chaos as the nightmare unfolds street by street. The risen dead aren't mindless zombies shuffling aimlessly; they possess intelligence, purpose, and most terrifying of all, memory. As dawn approaches, the survivors must find a way to reverse the ritual or the dead will remain forever, and the living will join them.
